Why Golie Land?
Honestly speaking, the name Golie Land is rather unique. It willprolly leave a strong impression on your mind.
Initially, I wanted to name my icon site 'Happyland' following Jack and the beanstalk's hometown. However, someone had already taken it @ Freewebs.
Thus, I tried other names like 'Happyvalley' but however they were also taken. I wanted something to do with 'land' badly, so I though of 'Goldland'.
However 'Goldland' sounds pretty lame to me and you (yes you) thus I changed it to Golie Land! Yes, a very unique name at that :D
So there actually is no meaning to the term 'Golie Land'. It is just a very beautiful name (yes beautiful-) to me and you :)
